Rachael Lewandusky is an experienced attorney focusing her practice of law in Divorce and Family Law matters. Rachael is well respected by her clients and peers. She works to balance aggressive legal representation, based on years of experience and knowledge of family law, with professional courtesy and integrity. Rachael’s legal knowledge and experience in divorce and other family law issues will give her client’s the peace of mind they need to be assured that their case will be handled in a professional, efficient and skilled manner.
Rachael is admitted to practice law in the State of New York (2011) and the State of Michigan (2018). Rachael is a 2021 American Institute of Legal Advocates Elite Advocate and was recognized by Lawyers of Distinction for Excellence in Family and Divorce Law.
Rachael earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2006 double majoring in Political Science and Criminal Justice. In 2010, she graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law with her Juris Doctorate.
In addition to her legal experience, Rachael is involved in several legal organizations, including the Oakland County Bar Association.
Rachael resides in Oakland County with her husband and two young children.
