Attorney Erin Flynn, of Kelly & Kelly PC, was the keynote speaker at Western Michigan University Cooley Law School’s International Women’s Day event at the Auburn Hills Campus on March, 26 2019.

Erin Flynn is a graduate of WMU-Cooley and the President-Elect of the Women’s Bar Association, Oakland County region of the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan. She has also received  several other awards including the Oakland County Executive’s Elite 40 under 40 Class of 2019.

During the presentation, Erin shared her experiences as a successful woman of law and former WMU-Cooley student. She advised students/attendees on ways to successfully navigate their careers. Below is an excerpt from Erin Flynn’s speech;

“We live in a society where women lawyers are expected to wear many different hats so they can have it all.  Yes, you can wear many different hats, but you don’t have to wear every single hat at the same time,” (WMU-Cooley Law School, Mar 26, 2019, WMU-Cooley Law School’s Auburn Campus Celebrates Women’s History Day).
