Amelia is an associate attorney at Kelly & Kelly PC. She represents clients in family law matters such as divorce, child custody and parenting time disputes, child support, spousal support, property division, and paternity issues.
Amelia obtained her undergraduate degree in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University, followed by a Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
Before joining Kelly & Kelly P.C., Amelia served as Research Attorney for the Third Circuit Court of Michigan’s General Counsel Family Division, where she dedicated herself to advising family law judges on complex family law legal issues. During her time at the Court, she gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in family law and has specialized knowledge for issues related to paternity and interstate child custody matters. She also has experience in bankruptcy law and has strong knowledge of its interrelationship with family law.
Now, she has turned her focus to private practice to expand her career and use her experience to help clients get through one of the most challenging times of their lives. Amelia prides herself on zealously advocating for her clients with family law matters.
Outside of work, Amelia values spending time with her husband and two young children.
